#What’s Next for
Graeme Connors?

Australian songwriting icon Graeme Connors continues his What Next? Tour into 2027, bringing his latest music and much-loved classics to audiences around the country, pairing new material with the career-defining favourites that have become part of Australia’s musical fabric.

No matter what, Graeme Connors keeps moving – forwards, backwards, sideways – there’s always something new on his horizon. Songwriting, recording, touring…writing a children’s book (An Ant’s Eye View, published in 2026)…you’re never quite sure where he’ll take you next, but you can be certain it’ll be somewhere you haven’t been before.

Across a remarkable career spanning five decades and 20 albums, Connors has never rested on past achievements. From the landmark 1988 release North through to What Next?, his catalogue is filled with enduring Australian classics including “A Little Further North Each Year”, “Let The Canefields Burn”, “The Road Less Travelled” and “The Ringer and the Princess” – songs and albums that have earned him multiple Golden Guitars, ARIA, APRA and PPCA honours while cementing his reputation as one of Australia’s finest storytellers.

With What Next?, Graeme Connors once again proves that even after 50 years, he remains an artist driven not by nostalgia, but by curiosity, creativity and the desire to keep exploring new ground.
