If you're catching a show or attending an event, we've got your comfort covered!
Our venues are all wheelchair accessible with specially designed seating options, which can be conveniently booked through contacting our Ticketing Office.*
You'll find wheelchair access throughout the precinct, but if you need a little extra help getting around, simply let us know about any mobility needs when you grab your tickets, and our fantastic team will ensure you're taken care of from start to finish!
Our hearing loop facilities guarantee optimal enjoyment of the show, located in rows A-P of The Empire Theatre.
And, of course we warmly welcome Companion Cards for all events at The Empire, just make sure to inform our Ticketing Office during booking and present your Companion Card upon ticket collection.*
