The Empire Youth Arts Shakespeare Series is an advanced holiday program for young actors 15 – 18yrs eager to advance their performance skills through a Shakespearean deep dive. In five days, students will develop their technical skills through the rehearsals of an abridged production of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, blending traditional and contemporary language, movement and ensemble work, with a performance for families on the Friday evening.

Tailored to fit the cast size, this workshop ensures every actor is fully immersed in the experience. Ideal for those craving a fast-paced challenge, this program will deepen students' knowledge and
stretch their performance abilities in exciting new ways.

There is only a limited number of places available in a workshop, book early to avoid disappointment. An online audition will take place following enrolment to determine casting.

Please note, this support only includes the cost of the workshop, not any associated travel, accommodation or food.
